OU Apartments

Renting here has been an amazing experience, I'd recommend them to anyone. The office staff is always super friendly and maintenance requests are addressed very quickly. Apartments are in beautiful condition as well, both that I've lived in had brand new flooring.

Probably the best college apartment experience I've had in Athens. The location is great, and while some parts of the building seem a little old, the apartments are nice. The trash chute in the hallway was very convenient. The walls are pretty thick so I never had an issue with noise from neighbors even when I knew they were having people over. Can't say much about noise from above apartments because I lived on the top floor. Maintenance is always quick, and the office staff are very helpful. They helped me very quickly in an incident with my car in the parking area. I also got my full deposit refund back at the end of the year unlike every other place I've rented. If you leave it the way you moved in, I imagine it would be the same for you.

The best place to rent from in Athens. Apartments are clean, renovated, furnished if you choose, and everyone is so nice. Location is amazing, everyone is super responsive and fixes any issues. Even though it is on Court Street, it is really quiet and I never hear my neighbors. My lock on my door constantly had issues and they always answered my calls right away to come let me in, and replaced it without me even asking. Highly highly recommend OU Apartments!!!!!
