        Jazzma is literally the most caring property manager and if you work with her, she'll actually be your friend. She's so understanding, flexible, and truly wants to help her tenants find acceptable living. I lived at my place with Athens Building Company for three years, and I still didn't want to leave as I was packing up to move onto my next chapter. I would call or email Jazzma in a heartbeat if I ever expected to move back to the area.
