        Crystal the manager is an absolute joke. When confronted about not changing gloves after handling shrimp I was met with nothing but attitude and zero compassion. As someone who has a child with a severe shellfish allergy this was extremely upsetting. Instead of taking accountability for the situation she stated "well most people tell us if they have an allergy"..... I believe most restaurants also teach you to change your gloves to avoid cross contamination, but when speaking to her it was obvious she has an IQ no higher than a kindergartner. I hope that changes will be made and this manager is stripped of her title, or even better fired before she kills someone with her negligence.
