        If you show up and get on the list in person (#11 on the list)...then come back in 80 minutes as told and all the people in the waiting area with their little kids are gone...how in the world can you still be #11 on the list??? Then get told wait another half hour and STILL barely move up on the list? I'm finding somewhere else to go.
