        They came in to install an upgraded business connection. Moving from an old DSL to a new fiber with 6 phone lines. Guys were friendly and in and out in no time. Service is great compared to the old DSL.

        I called in for a problem with service. Even though I did not have account information at the ready, they were able to discern the account information and direct assistance to the proper location.Technician arrived earlier than anticipated which was good. Problem solved to my satisfaction.
