        I am just responding to a situation my 85 year old mother had with roto rooter company . Im not sure which company it was but it was in the Mansfield area. The technician that came to her house had no idea what he was doing and my mother had to convince him what drain to clear out to fix the problem .He said it was a septic tank problem. And then they charged her almost 400.00 and she basically had to show him what to do.
