I would like to express my gratitude for his time and patience in resolving an unfortunate incident a relative had experienced. I was unable to find any employee recognition comments on the internet, so I am hoping someone from PNC is monitoring these comments and can give him the recognition he has earned. He truly went above and beyond and is an asset to your company.
