Extremely happy with our visit here for my 9 year old. Very clean facility, friendly-knowledgeable staff. We got in and out super fast and are on the mend. Will definitely go back if need be. Highly recommend

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I've only had 2 experiences with this ER and neither have been good. The first one, Dr Grimes aka Mr Grimey misdiagnosed my boyfriend. He went in for neck pain causing weakness and numbness in his arm. Without any tests Mr Grimey said it was bursitis and sent him home even though it was signs of something wrong with his neck. He ended up having surgery after a second opinion. This time, it is another Dr but he didn't care what anyone has to say, only what he THINKS the problem is without tests or anything to confirm....AGAIN. It's sad when you have to lie and tell them you fell just to get a xray that is needed. The Dr immediately went to talking about prescribing pain meds and we had to explain nobody wants pain meds, that's not what we're here for, we want to know whats wrong. I understand this world is crazy with the opiod addiction but not everyone is a junkie.It is very disappointing because I have always bragged about ohio health but this facility?! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
