This place doesn't answer their phones and dont call you back when you leave a voicemail. They're also not upfront about their cost. For a simple income tax filing they charged me 255$! I was told in the beginning by the secretary that it would be between 100$-250$ but because I only had a w-2 it should be closer to the 100$ price. Then when I go to pick my paper work up they tell me it cost 255$ and supposedly that's their flat cost so they dont know why the secretary would say otherwise. Over all a rude and horrible group of people. Wish I could give 0 starts
