        The District is exactly what my husband and I have been searching for! It truly does have it all. The unit is bright and spacious, the workout room has everything an actual gym would have, and the outdoor area feels like a little resort! Weve only been in our new apartment for a week, but its already feeling like home. Blake helped us throughout this process and was amazing!! We were moving from out of state, and Blake ensured everything went smoothly for us and answered all of our many questions. He truly made this process as efficient, easy, and pleasant as possible. We are very, very happy and grateful to be here!

        My wife and I moved to the district last June. We really enjoy it here and recently transferred from the third floor down to a ground floor apartment. The process itself was a test of patience, but our staff here on site was great through the entire process. Any maintenance request have been handled the same or next day. There's a diverse group of people comprising the community and that gives a welcoming feeling. It's important to Juliet, Blake , Missy , and the maintenance crew to keep the place looking nice. Juliet and Blake have picked up waste people seemed to forget to pick up along the way because they care, and that matters to us. It is a very nice,quiet, and clean place to live. If you're looking for a place I don't think you will be disappointed here.

        Amazing place, beautiful apartments and the staff here are so accommodating and nice. I would highly recommend it! Update: New owners, I will agree with others that the rent is a little high, I do think the maintenance of the lawns has gone down since the new owners took over, more dog poop, and the events aren't at great times anymore. The people that work here are awesome! Juliet and Blake are so sweet and helpful! Just a few changes I've noticed.
