We have used Kevin's plumbing since we have bought our home. We've had them for at least 12 years. They put a sump pump in a 2 years ago and did a extensive deep dig to find out why our pump kept failing. Including snaking our drains. Looking at our leech pits and kept saying let's do this. Let's do that instead of just saying they didn't know what was going on. Well our basement flooded with their pump and they charged us for the service call to come out and to pay for a new pump after their pump failed and flooded my basement with 6 in of water. And when the kid put the pump in he put it in wrong. We had to call them back that night at 10:30 and have them come back out and fix what he had put in. Plus he had broke a pipe while he was there. Do not call these people. They don't know what they're doing instead of just telling you that they lie. They charge you for everything even though we had a warranty and it was their pump that failed. Beware go somewhere else because you will have nothing but problems with these people. And they have no idea of where any of my records have disappeared too.
