Paid them almost 40,000$ for a steel shell with no floor, I paid for the ground to be prepared after they estimated it in the cost but never finished it, and did not take it off the bill, no moisture barrier on the walls but did put it on the roof. I had 4 other estimates for the same building and ALL of them were cheaper and included the things they did not do. I hired Double L because they seemed more professional and could get it done sooner, but ended up paying more for less building. The only reason I didn't do a one star is because they were nice while screwing me.

Madeq an appointment with them & they failed to show up or even call to say they were not coming. Very unprofessional in my opinion to own a business & then just not show up to an appointment made a week prior, will be going with a builder who is able to show or Atleast call when running late or unable to make the appointment
