I have had limited interaction with MPE so far but it has been 100% positive. I bought my lawn mower from them at the end of the season last year (2023) when there was a 0% APR promotion on Gravely Mowers and immediately had them store it for the winter.
Because I had just bought it from them, they waived a significant portion of their winter storage fee and told me they would include the materials for its first servicing so I could do it at home when the time comes. They could have just as easily charged me the full rate, but the rep on the phone said the he felt it wouldn't be a good business practice on his end to do that to a customer in my situation. I told him that him saying that reaffirmed why I decided to buy from them in the first place and not some big box retailer.
Although I am new to the Cleveland area, I will not hesitate to recommend MPE to anyone I work with if they are looking for anything that they might sell. Good businesses deserve more business!
