The place is falling apart. It needs alot of work in a lot of areas.

It's old. It needs renovated, but the whole area is being renovated. The new Meijer We'll bring this area back to life. Great service management is great. No issues there. Next time I am an alliance, I'll be staying here.

Nice, clean, comfortable room Stayed here for the pool, which was unusable for 5 hours the day we planned on spending the day swimming due to a staff issue. The pool issue couldn't be resolved immediately because the Continental Breakfast person chose to clean the dining area, after it was closed, then fix the pool. She advised the pool would be open at 12:30, after she finished her clean up. The same person was asked by a guest the next morning for regular coffee as it had run out. Instead of getting more coffee, she busied herself with restocking items already available to guests, and wiping already clean tables. By the time she went to brew new coffee and bring it out, the guest who requested it was gone. Other than this individual, the staff was great and very accommodating. Noteworthy details: The parking lot here is a mine field! Pot holes and rough patches everywhere.

Was looking for a hotel with a hot tub looked at the photos choose Comfort Inn for that reason went down to the pool area to find out they took it out was very disappointed I will never book with Comfort Inn again false advertisement. Will let all my family and friends know if they are going to a Comfort Inn to call and make sure things available. Parking lot is horrible no lines not sure where to park.
