        Not a real Verizon store. They work off commission by getting you to buy expensive phone accessories and talk you into plans by leaving out important information that later just cost you money and arent beneficial. Dont do any add ons of absolutely anything. Basic plan and just the phone. Go to a real Verizon store if you want good, honest customer service. This store is a joke.
