        2021. We were given a tour by the new owners in 2021. They quickly flipped it within several months. The place seemed like it was suddenly deserted. Clothes, lots of office documents, Masonic texts, etc. were left. We were given pipes from the old, beautiful organ that was beyond repair. One of the owners showed us the basement area where it seemed to have a lot of black colored mold in the lowest level of the building. It was especially heavy in the room with the heating equipment, and seen sporadically growing on the walls and elsewhere near the pool table, and in the kitchen areas. I wonder how the owners could NOT have warned us of the mold dangers before entering. I wonder if mold remediation was done before reselling.
