I talked with someone before I came in and once I got there the car was ready. The car was exactly what I imagined the process of buying the car was easy only took 30 minutes and I was out the door. Definitely recommend buying your next car with them.

Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time and money. I had to replace the transmission, car caught on fire, oil pan, driver shaft and axle! They will have bad luck!!

So i came back to let everyone know Mandy and the team did everything they could to correct a problem that was not their fault. Unfortunately they work with Goodyear company who stated they did an oil change on my vehicle when clearly they did not! I spoke with management over at goodyear who ended up pissing me off because how do you not know if your company truly did an oil change or not. At the end of the day I had to call Mandy and apologize because they had the receipts from Good year. Mandy ended up getting the problem fixed and remained professional at all times. Thank you House of Cars!!! The car is running great and the service was great!
