Where is the 10 star review option?! I was 3 hours from home and got stuck on an unfinished road that my GPS thought was finished. One provider accepted the call and then - within minutes - declined the call without reporting to the site. They said I wad off road. (Um, yeah.) Then Kinneys accepted the call. Gary showed up promptly, put me at ease, took control, and got my vehicle unstuck miraculously without doing damage to the vehicle (it was really stuck). Thank you, Kinneys!! And God bless you, Gary!!

Adam, my tow driver, was so awesome! He was friendly, quick to arrive, provided a ride to my destination that was safe and comfortable, and even gave me a meat stick! Really appreciate Progressive and Kinney's Towing for rescuing me.

0 stars! I had a flat tire so I called in service to the insurance. They connected me with this company. It is freezing temperature and the driver was very rude. I would not recommend!

I turned the wheel the wrong way, and the guy called me stupid. I wouldnt call that great customer service, imagine have an attitude about having to do YOUR JOB!. DEFINITELY wouldnt recommend.
