Called to try to have some work done on our indoor in ground pool. I was told pool season is coming up to call back in the fall. Im sorry so if I had an outdoor pool everything would be ok? If this problem existed in the fall I wouldve called then. I guess my money is no good for you guys. Thanks for nothing I will be finding a different pool company to handle my needs.

I’m sorry for your frustration, as I discussed, we get very very busy in the spring, doing outdoor openings and Renovations we just don’t have the staff to take on additional projects currently. We do get booked up a year in advance. I’m sorry we are not able to help .

Both owners are not trust worthy. They told us part was in, sent a guy, no part. Said part was ordered and then refused calls when they didnâ€™t show up as promised. Had insurance claim against us due to pool part and they ran and hid, refused to take calls. Poor customer service.

Store not open during hours posted. Unpleasant to shop as their customer service is poor. We have been taking our business elsewhere which is too bad as we prefer to support local. Ill add that not being open on a Saturday is an issue, overpriced and rarely stocked.
