Parkewood Properties is an awesome company to rent from. I've lived in a few different cities across the states and have dealt with many property management companies, and I don't think any can compare to this one. Dale, the president and owner of Parkewood is awesome. You can really tell he cares about his properties and tenants. Anytime I had any problems with anything at the house, a quick text or email to him or to Dave(one of his handymen) and they would be there within a few hours or early the next day. They were very respectful of our time and always made us seem like a priority despite managing 20+ houses around the University of Akron area. I highly recommend renting from here and hope that your experience is the same as mine was.

I've rented from Parkewood Properties for the last year and a half with no problems. The house we rented was newly remodeled and nicely done with new appliances, nice wood floors, and nicely remodeled bathrooms. Whenever we had any maintenance issues, the landlord was quick to respond, and always had someone out to our house quickly to fix any problems. Great place to rent from!

I have rented through parkewood properties for the past 3 years and its been great! The landlord really cares about his properties and is reliable for any maintenance. I love my house I stay in, its beautiful too. Newly remodeled and at a great price. I highly recommend renting through them!
