I've never seen such dirty cages before. Half of the food was rotted in their enclosures. The tortoise had pyramiding shell. The bunnies and guinea pigs had no hay. The degu cages were so full they couldn't even walk around. The reptile cages are unclean and a lot of them looked very malnourished. Also the guy at the front desk had no interest in keeping these animals clean. Just looked at his phone the ENTIRE time we were there. Very disappointing.

Should be a zero star option. The worker/owner is extremely rude, has terrible people skills, seems to not want to make any customer seem welcome and could care less about greeting or being slightly friendly towards any customers. I will never return to this place.
