The manager and his awesome employee with the lavender hair were so nice and helpful. It's like hanging out with friends when you're at the store. They were very nice and actually made my day a lot better. Highly recommend this store and staff.

I was in there about 4 weeks ago and I asked for a specific clothing item that was in the store for quite a while and asked what Im assuming was the manager because there was only two men working, he had long dark hair and when I asked him where it was he said they didnt carry anything of that sort in the store and I said are you sure I was here not too long ago and saw them. He said no Im sure, so I looked around and low and behold I found my items sitting in plain sight on the rack and multiple pairs. I ended up just checking out and not saying anything but I was extremely disappointed in the crew who were inexperienced and did not know their own inventory! This place is not how it use to be and its sad.

Today was the worst I have ever seen this store.As far as their employees. Extremely unprofessional whom a short blonde girl was on her phone. Another employee with dreads was sitting along with her in front of the register and another employee with long shoulder length hair. I literally watched people walking out because not one of them addressed the customers. So when my daughter and I finally reached the register..Crickets until I said Hello like 3times and the person with dreads asked us if we were ready like it was a problem. Then the blonde girl stood up with a straight attitude clearly not wanting to be there. Like I said she was on her phone. So the gentleman with the shoulder length hair apologize d and said that they were transitioning to new employees. Oh my goodness I could tell because like I said everything was great before and never had a problem until today. The company definitely needs to beware. The only one that was some what okay was the gentleman whom apologized and explained. We still will shop there just you could tell that they clearly didn't want to be there. So Sad.
