If I could rate this place a zero, I would Rented the U-Haul for five days well, I picked it up with a broken windshield broken dash thing where you see the speed The tailpipe was also bent Everything was going fine up to the return When they accuse me of breaking the windshield and their own words Looking at the return contract after you had returned with us we noticed the truck was returned with a couple stone chips that cracked the windshield all the way across the bottom. You had not elected any coverages on the truck and would be responsible for the repair of the windshield. If you have any questions or need any further assistance please let me know. went there in person around 11:50am 12 PM im guessing one guy was the manager manager Im not sure who the other guy was, but they didnt even have their stories together. The one said all that stuff was already there and the one said that I caused the damages told them to come out and look at the U-Haul with me went outside the manager pointed at all the cracks in the windshield The whole time they were sitting struggling there shoulders then proceeds to tell me not sure what you want us to do Overall experience driving the truck was cool returning the truck was a nightmare. The lady did a walk around with me. I sat there the whole time. And then we agreed upon a price of 210 then I left, then wake up the next dayto damage charges just over $300 you could tell that their communication was not well, and I got charged because of it I will be not going back there, nor to another U-Haul place.
