This originally started as a negative review due to the ruts left in my yard when they did the work on my neighbors house. However, after reaching out and speaking with Tony Cruz this has changed into a positive experience. They did a good job on the work next door, including cleaning up after themselves. Tony understood I was upset about my yard being rutted and offered nothing but solutions. He came back within a few days and took care of it and reached back out to make sure I was happy with the outcome. At the end of the day stuff happens, Tony Cruz offered nothing but solutions, and he made sure I was satisfied.

After seeing multiple people mention Legacy on my towns Facebook page, I gave Joe Herman a call (also because hes local to me). The recent windstorms had ripped some flashing from part of my roof. Joe was out to assess the damage and quote very quickly, the work was done in a timely manner (after the unsafe freezing weather had passed), and the replacement looks good as new! I would definitely recommend Legacy, and am keeping them in mind for future projects when they come up.

Tony C and his crew were outstanding. They did excellent work on our roof. He always got back to me in a great timely manor and made sure all my needs were met. Would highly recommend them.

Joe and his team did an amazing transformation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance company on my behalf, even when it took many MONTHS for my insurance company to respond and issue a request for the next steps. Joe would reach out periodically just to touch base even when there were no results or updates. It was amazing not to have to be the one to reach out and keeps tabs on the progress. The expertise and professionalism during these negotiations were remarkable even with the most challenging and obscure roadblocks were encountered during numerous occassions. (I do NOT recommend my insurance company any longer - this should be that much more meaningful in the obstacles that Legacy Roofing navigated on my behalf). When it came time for the actual projects - extremely fast and efficient. The roof was done in a day or two, siding done within a few days due to weather, and while the siders were fininishing up the gutter company pulled in and it felt like my entire house was set up with gutters in just a few minutes. I couldn't believe it was finished so quickly and done well. Communication was fantastic and expectations were discussed clearly and set ahead of time; When followed through, were spot on. When I voiced that I was unsure of options in my choices Joe was able to offer recommendations based on experience but it never felt like I was being persuaded. From the female experience, it's extremely frustrating when I have frequently dealt in the past with various handypersons and mechanics who prefer to seek out my partner, my dad, or other male presence for discussions instead of me directly. I have a lot of gratitude for the ease of this experience. It feels like it's a brand new house. Neighbors that I have never interacted with previously took the time to stop by and comment on how phenomenal the progress was. I'm so thankful that I found this company.
