10/10 Thank you for mowing the lawn at 104/106. Hopefully, trimming the shrubs or removing them is next. From what I understand, you recently started managing this property. Your star position is improving from 1 to 2. Although I have no direct experience with this company, they have a wonderful opportunity to manage and maintain the properties for which they have responsibility. On Charles St, in Akron Oh, they are renting to individuals with dubious backgrounds, who don't pay their rent, and don't abide by city ordinances such as trash can removal from the curb after trash pickup. Tenants don't pick up loose trash after trash pickup. The lawns are not maintained, which creates an eyesore in the community. Please cut the grass and out of control shrubs at 104/106 Charles St. Renting to qualified individuals and maintaining the property is your responsibility. Or, contract only with property owners who respect the communities in which they own properties. You're doing a disservice to our community by not enforcing simple standards. The property owner lives in California and has been advised of his property's condition. This is so typical of absent landlords. Per your comment, I hope the positive change includes fixing the soffit on the roof in the back of the house, washing the windows, and cleaning up the property. See photos.
