Even after the sale, we were going to get stuck, with 2 bill's, we were not responsible for. Sarah Teagle, and Darlene got the job done, for us. They did not leave us hanging. They are honest, and hard working. I can't thank you enough. Highly recommend.

        We bought a home through KWCR. As soon as we moved in we had major issues and realized that the contingent work (per our addendum) was not permitted and had to be fixed. We reached out to our realtor (Rachel Price) to act as a go between with the seller. Her response, "it was out of their hands." Please note that the positive reviews on here are, at least in part, realtors that work at KWCR (e.g. Tyson T Hartzler). Avoid.
