        The Barberton location therapist was a no show without notification. The next time they forgot to put the next appointment down, therefore, they cancelled again.

        Supposed to do tele med get a message an hour before my set time, saying it's in office... I call about that say it is still telemed.i told them I never received a link they said it would be texted. Never got a text called back was put on hold then told the care provider would call or text me. My scheduled time was nearly 2 hours ago, and no one has contacted me yet. I wouldn't not recommend this place for anyone who is paying for their own care. I'm also extremely suspect as to the leve of care they can provide considering this was literally my first time I was supposed to work with this care provider.
