I had a really bad experience with this daycare. My child would go to daycare with diapers/wipes that I provided and the number of diapers missing were not the same as the number of times they said she was changed. She would cry when I left her at daycare everyday and I assumed it was normal because she was being separated from me, however, when I put her in another daycare she never once and still does not cry when I leave her. She would get really bad rashes while at daycare and I asked for them to put diaper cream on her but they would refuse to and informed me that it is a law that they legally can not put rash medicine on her even if I filled out the form to do so. I took her to the doctors to get rash medicine to take care of the rash she had and they informed me that the medicine would need to be applied when changed. I informed the doctor that the daycare told me they legally can't apply the diaper rash medicine and the doctor stated that is false information. At that point I was very upset considering the daycare gave me false information. I called the director and she said that she thought it was a law and she found out that was incorrect as well. I asked if she would now put my child's rash medicine on and she refused to do so. Not only was this an issue, but my child would come home with bite marks very often. Obviously kids bite and I was understanding of that situation but they refused to inform the parent or take any action. However, when my child started to bite back they informed me that if it continued she would not be allowed back. This has been the worse daycare experience I have ever had. The worse part about it all was that my child was not old enough to tell me anything. Everyone gets worried to put their children in daycare because of experiences like these. I wouldn't want any parent to have to experience this terrible daycare. The hours were the only reason I put her in the daycare because they are the only child care that is open past 6:30 PM. This is a very unsafe daycare. I do not recommend to put your child or children in this daycare.

My 18 month old son has been attached and bitten on numerous occasions buy the same child who is older then my child under the care of Kozmic Korners careless staff. After the 5th incident report in a month and a half for being bitten. I choose to call the Akron Sheriff's department and have them meet me at the daycare center to mediate the sitauion since they have yet to remove the aggressive student around my child, refuse to suspend the child for behavior issues, or set up and parent teacher conference with both parents to figure out a solution. Upon my arrival to meet the officers Mrs.Jenna the night director threatens to call the police on me because I told her I would like to speak with the child's parent and that I would wait until she arrives and the officer. When they arrived the questioned the procedure of the daycare and what precautions have been taken to prevent my some from having nymore incidences she was not able to provide any information to them to the point where the sherrifs we're completely on my side and my husband's side. After taking to the sheriff's and then Mrs.Jenna call the owners Barbara J. Hanna and her daughter co-owner Kim they informed us that they will nolonger provide service to my children because of my complaint to a higher power. Need I remind that I pay a weekly copay every week on Monday that is to cover my children for the entire week of care and also a yearly registration fee that is to cover their enrollment for the year. Well that registration fee that was suppose to be cover my children was just paid in September of 2018 and the copay that was paid this week will not be refunded when the owners and director are choosing to terminate our services at their own will with no cause.

I love Kozmic Korner. They have the best hours and the most friendly staff. They all seem to genuinely love and I feel like I can completely trust them with my son.

I give Kosmic Korner an A+! They have an experienced, child friendly staff. The facility is clean, well maintained, and safe. As a local fireman, it was a tough but needed decision to go with a day care facility. After meeting the staff, and getting over the first few days of seperation anxiety, my children were in good hands. Keep up the good work!
