Under new ownership and service is terrible. The girl tore up my cuticles with the Dremel. After 3 days the topcoat is peeling. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Does anyone know where the previous owners went? I won't be going back.

David was very nice and friendly. I did not ask for gel polish on my feet and I told the lady at the front when I walk in no gel polish. For some reason he ended up giving me gel polish. I do not like gel polish because it takes forever to come off my feet. I usually have a good experience when I come. My deluxe pedicure, my feet usually come out very soft after leaving but that was not the case this visit. I still had a lot of dead skin/ cracked on my heel all the way around and it was not scrub or anything. My feet were dry when I left out. The pedicure took two hours with the wait for them to try to make it softer but it was just not a good experience for me this time around. Very disappointed and I had tipped very well too. I paid for a deluxe but it was not a deluxe experience or value for my buck. Im not sure if I will return if Casey is not there I do not think I want my feet done by anybody else. I paid for a deluxe service that I did not get. Do not know the owner of this place I ask for the manager or owner but I guess the owner or manager was not there.
