        He called me the day of the scheduled move and said because of the temperature (11 degrees) they had to reschedule. Life doesnt work that way. Grow up and get the job done. Now I have no one to help

      We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. You are forgetting to add though it is below -10 with windchill, and there was a severe winter storm the night before. When booking in mid-January there is just the possibility of winter related issues with the move.
