I had to move out of my house after being there for 5 years my antennas went up and my stomach dropped I just knew this was not going to be an easy process for me working two jobs and trying to find a safe clean environment for me and my family also very nervous about scams but I ran into a property online had a meeting with Alex the first house another young lady took it because she was first come first served basis but he kept in communication with me he took me to see several other places on different occasions and before you know it I found the house to take my breath away I've been here since September 1st I love the environment very family originated Street in neighborhood I had one problem which was my disposal went out put my request in the same day the problem was fixed by the next day I don't have any complaints we love our new home and thank you Alex again for helping us find a safe comfortable clean environment to live in I would recommend my friends and family to your company looking forward to enjoying our new home it definitely was worth the $30 application fee you will not be disappointed trust the process

Be sure to also file complaints with fair housing this google doesnt effect business take her to court the same way shes plans to do to u 9/10 u have a real case call Akron fair housing ask for Sarah or Vanessa they will help you file your claim with the Ohio civil rights commission only this will affect her business practices

I saw a property online that Laurie Woodford was listed on as selling. I am a new home buyer. I have a current agent in Cleveland because I am unsure if I want to purchase in Akron or Cleveland and I have been looking around with him in Cleveland. My plan was to work with another agent in Akron who specializes in Akron. I also did not want to ask my agent in Cleveland to drive all the way to Akron to show me homes every other day. I texted Laurie and she called me back the next day. Her voice was raised very loud and she was yelling at me, "I dont do dual agency! You obviously have no idea how real estate works! I am the sellers agent so I cant show you the property. I work for them!" I was stunned at the tone and cadence of her voice. It stopped me in my tracks that a "professional" real estate was so emotional that she was actually yelling at me. Everything she said made perfect sense to me but, she was yelling at me. I was stunned. I told her I was going to go because she sounded upset and she stated "Im not upset. You just obviosluy dont know how this all works". That is correct Laurie, I am a new home buyer and Im not a real estate agent, Im a nurse. I texted her that I intended to report her to the board of real estate. She responded projecting what she did to me, stating, "Oh please do and youll find out that what I told you is true. (thats not the issue Laurie, its your inability to have emotional control and your aggression). Ask your agent that you were trying to throw under the bus-Im sure they would like to know. Whose unprofessional? Thats a good one lady. You start texting me out of the blue with no name ad no introduction. You are crass, rude, and unprofessional. And while were at it DO NOT EVER CONATACT ME AGAIN". I was aghast. I think she thought I was trying to pull something over on agents, including herself. I dont want my Cleveland agent driving to Akron, thats it...thats all. Her name was on the website to contact so I did. I just couldnt believe her emotional reaction. Its sad. I was very sad and felt verbally abused very much. :(
