    I don't like how registration staff leave you sitting waiting to be called when they could take one person after the next instead they get up and walk away two and three times b4 they call they next person...NOT acceptable!!! Leaving people wth urine labs to suffer and hold their urine until they get done breaking WOW!!! That's terrible for the person who has to pee!!! SMH!!! Very disappointed wth registration staff!

    **** Update: 6 days later: Changing the rating to a one star. Sitting here, in registration #2, waiting to get 1 lab drawn. WAITING WAITING AND MORE WAITING. I know you need to capture reimbursement, but this process is a waste of resources and punitive to the patient. FIRST REVIEW- ARCH St- you need to register at the front desk, then wait an absurd amount of time to register again, then re- register at your destination. No such thing as STAT anything! The ER is also the worst healthcare experience I've ever had. Summa is a broken system, practically the only game in town, and the City of Akron deserves better. Invest in your processes and your people, instead of more buildings. It's a real shame, the decline over the years, and CMS needs to investigate. The only redeeming quality is some very kind, overwhelmed staff, doing their best with leadership's nonsense.

    How can the lab on the main campus of the health system be closed for the entire week between Christmas and New Year?? On top of that they have reduced their hours to 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is ridiculous!
