This business seems like a decent place to tan. My only concern is that their website states that they close at 9pm on Sunday. But, there is a sign on their door that the business closes at 8pm. I tried to walk in, and the door was locked.

Do not recommend this place. The staff do not explain any of their services to you. Then later when they 1. Don't call you to tell you your laundry is done after 5 hours they will 2. Try to close the store when you come up in the last 10 mins. At that point they will 3. Argue with you that they didn't promise you a "2 hour turn around (it had been 5 hours). At that point you have to threaten them with calling the police to get your clothes for work the next day back. When I got my laundry, all that needed done was to fold it. That's it. An employee was going to let my stuff sit over night and not give it back because she didn't want to fold it (I literally said "hey, I'll take it as I'd, idc if it's not ready, just need to have it for work, I can dry it at home" free pass to not have everything right and she still wanted to awkwardly argue). So when you finally get an employee to give you your stuff, they will open the door and try and pick a fight some more over having to do their job. Training is poor, communication is poor, and employees are rude if they get asked to do literally their job. Do not recommend here unless you are doing your own laundry.

Typed in "Timbertop Apartments Laundry," got this in the results. Huh, go figure.
Already left my thoughts on the main page. To abridge it, manager got into an argument and turned into an unprofessional banshee over one of their machines not working, found out later that it left streaks on some of my shirts. Disaster all around.

All of the employees are super helpful. Great location. Very clean. Highly recommend!
