        We learned at the last minute that the roof we were getting replaced required us to re-vent our hot water tank. So our family wouldnt be without hot water for an extended period of time, Bernards worked us in the next day (and we were first time customers, too). The two Bernard reps were complete professionals; polite, clean and explained everything when the job was finished. We have found new plumbers (and perhaps new HVAC folks, too). We wouldnt hesitate to use them again!
