Summa is a great hospital. The people are very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to give care or help.

I dont recommend this place at all, first off when attempting to find my mom because she went by ambulance, I was told multiple times she wasnt at this location! 3 days of calling every hospital within 50 miles! Finally I decided to guess on what floor she might be on, called and what do you know actually found out she was there! Now we currently have Lawyers calling in for records to be sent a to a judge and multiple times, they have said they have no record of her being there. So I gave the law firm the same number I called to reach her, again no records of her being there! Not only did they send me into a full blown panic attack trying to find her and making a missing persons report but they are now also holding up a court case as well. I never leave reviews but Feel the need for this one. Dont let your loved one go here.
