Poor procedures and communication. Will make consumers pick up items instead of delivering them because they lost paperwork. Instead of letting me know delivery sheets werent signed, they left a note saying I must pick up the order because no one was home. Orders are placed on a voicemail. A delivery is not scheduled and I had no way of knowing when they would deliver it. They usually just leave it. This time they didnt. Refusing to deliver the supplies was done to me without notice. When I said to return the items, the representative said they cant. A paper (after the incident pictured below) notified me why I have to pick up deliveries was mailed to me. This is the first I ever heard of delivery sheets being missing or that missing ones require people with disabilities to pick up their own supplies. They did make the last delivery upon my insistence. . Im changing suppliers so no worries! There are better ones out there. Please make sure to inform patients and their caregivers when the organization decides to change policy or enforce policy they are not aware of. Also they do not date their notifications leaving themselves open to issues concerning procedures and protocols as to when consumers were notified. Asking people who are disabled to pick up their own medical supplies should be illegal. Id give you no stars if I could
