Brian and Mega Lab Limited stepped up in a big way to assist my son recently. Brian gave my son a printing overview, discussed youth entrepreneurship, and set him up with his design burned on a screen. This allowed my son to print his own shirts to raise money for pet rescues. The customer service Brain provided far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Mega Lab Limited for truly making a difference in our community!

This company was really promising at first for a large school event and our program was very excited to partner with MegaLab. However, as the process moved forward, deadlines were not met, communication became less and less, and promises and 'guarantees' were not followed through. Since the event took place in March 2022 (approximately 6 months ago), the school's program has been consistently begging for their share of profit from the event, and for a sales report. Both have not been received and the owner has not responded after numerous attempts. It definitely has been one of the worst customer experiences and the sad part is the students and their program have to pay the price. I'm sure they are great to work with individually, but I do not recommend them for any sort of fundraising opportunity or larger event, it leaves you feeling like it was a scam.

The beginning process went well in preparation for our event however, time management was awful and organizational skills were poor. The company set up a day late for our event and we received the design approval late, past the due date. Our event was March 2022 and as of August 2022 we still have not received our monetary portion from the sales and have not received a sales report from the event after numerous phone calls and emails. There is now consideration of moving forward in a legal manner in order to get this resolved. The choir program is now having to deal with financial hardships as we had to pay for the merchandise in advance. This has been a stressful situation and we do not recommend using this company.
