I had to install a small road extension on a side street in Summit County. I have a background in architecture, but little to no knowledge in civil design or construction. I worked with Brian during the upfront work that included the committee at the city. And Brandon and Chris were the two guys on site. They were all incredible! Ive had my fair share of encounters with contractors and these guys were great! Brian took care of everything and beyond during the beginning stages of design and construction. He was extremely patient with me and described everything - in detail- that needed to be done. I think the longest he ever took to respond to my emails was a half hour! He was wonderful at communication, which is a lost art. When it came time for construction to begin, I would stop at the site every other day to see progress and to learn. Brandon and Chris would stop what they were doing or get off of their machinery to let me know what they did, what theyre doing, and what was next. They were the sweetest guys. They treated me with so much respect, especially being the only female on a construction site, that was a big deal to me. Im not sure Ill ever need site work done again, but if I do, I would use A Crano again in a heartbeat!
