This guy is a total JOKE and has made the probate process A NIGHTMARE. It has been well over a year, and the estate finalization still isn't complete. He told my wife, "I took on too much work and had to stop accepting clients". How is that our fault?? His fees aren't fair for the miniscule amount of work he does put in. You have to constantly push him to get each and every step done. He doesn't call or reach out with progress AT ALL.
I'm sure Ron will comment saying he's checked his records and can't verify that I'm a client, well news to this clown is he doesn't have my surname. I AM a client and have dealt with him and his desk jockey Kimberly. Wish I had been smart enough to pick a different attorney.

Ron handled a probate case for me. I am totally pleased with the work he did. The process took over a year, but the delays were because of the courts not any thing he did. I thought the amount he charged was very fair. He told every step of the way what was going on ND what needed to be done. I would highly recommend him for any probate and estate work.

My mom's passing in December 2023 made us realize that my wife and I didn't have a Financial Durable Power of Attorney that is required for many of the activities that take place after death. I researched 'Probate Attorneys nearest me' on Google and Attorney Koehler's name was at the top of the list. I researched his background and further checked the State of Ohio Supreme Court attorney listing. In my research, there were neither issues nor sanctions which made me comfortable selecting Attorney Koehler to handle my case. His assistant Kim was receptive and helpful and Attorney Koehler took the time to explain actions that needed to be taken to ensure that our estate would not have to pass through the Probate process. Within one week, Attorney Koehler had completed his research into our situation and had the proper documentation ready for our consent and signing. For us, Attorney Koehler and his assistant Kim provided us everything we requested and expected. My wife and I are very pleased with the service (and price of those services) which Attorney Koehler provided. We absolutely recommend Attorney Koehler for Probate/Estate work.
