I grew up in Akron and now live in Dallas. I have known the owner John Sarvis for many years. Recently, my teenage son "ruined" his brand new white hoodie by accidentally washing it with an ink pen in the washing machine. There were several ugly splotches of ink all over the hoodie. My son paid for the hoodie using his own hard earned money. He was very upset to say the least. I took the hoodie to a local dry cleaners that has done excellent work for me over many years here in Dallas. They tried, but were unable to get any of the ink out. I sent a couple pictures to John back in Akron, he said "ship it, I'll get it out." I received the hoodie back yesterday, sure enough PERFECT...like new! My son is thrilled. Thank you John, you are a good man!

Got my clothes dry cleaned and it didn't turn out how I wanted at all as well as other problems. 2 days later, the owner takes the time out of his day to call me and sincerely apologize and made it right. He explained what happened and I truly think it was an admirable and respectful gesture. I will certainly be back to do business here. It takes a good business owner to do what he did.
