I got sent and e-mail thanking me that I did. I did pay shipping threw a survey, have proof of 0 on the headlamp. I Screen shoot everything even this. Please make it right. Once I receive it I will return it unopened as all I have to do is see your address. I'd like my shipping cost refunded to. if possible?
