I visited 3/20/24 between 9a-10a (believe around 9:30). I unfortunately did not grab the name of the individual who drew my blood, but they did an excellent job. I requested they use a vein in my hand, which I know can be more difficult. Not only did they respect my request, I barely felt a thing, which is not the norm. I have had many nurses in hospitals use the veins in my hand for a blood draw, and I typically end up with a large bruise and its quite painful, but I barely felt this. 12 hours later you cant even see where my blood was drawn. I sincerely appreciate her!

Bad experience. The tech had a very bad attitude was texting while she was suppose to be drawing blood. No hand washing period. When I told her where to draw my blood she said let me do my job. As she began to search for other veins I kept telling her where to draw my blood. This tech gets mad and refuses to draw my blood because I kept telling her where I know my main source of blood can be drawn with out poking me numerous times. I wasn't very nice to neither techs because the other tech refused to draw my blood also. I reported both.

Arrived at 4 to get my collection kit. Was given kit at 4:05 and said I'd be right back with the sample. "KC" says ok. I'm back at 4:15 and they're closed even though the sign says they're open till 4:30. I call the phone number and the guy tells me to try dropping it off tomorrow. I already drove out here today!

I tried to have my blood drawn for some tests ordered by my doctor today. The first girl that was to take my blood did not wash her hands prior to putting her gloves on. She opened one needle and then decided she needed a smaller one and just threw the open needle in the drawer. After she attempted to draw my blood she then asked her co-worker for help. I watched the girl take off her gloves from taking blood from another patient and then was going to immediately take my blood without washing her hands. I then questioned her on not washing her hands in between patients and she said I sanitized them around the corner. She continued to refuse to wash her hands. I then stated I was no longer comfortable with her drawing my blood. Both girls went around the corner to discuss me. She then said I was already in the system. I told her that was too bad and that I did not feel comfortable with them drawing my blood. I am already concerned by what I could have already contracted with the first blood draw attempt. I am very alarmed by the lack of cleanliness and care to make it a safe environment for patients. I went to the location located on Independence avenue Tallmadge/Cuyahoga Falls Chapel Hill Location.
