Absolutely hate having to call this place. I dread it every couple months because I know Im going to spend from 8am to 12pm on hold, if not longer. And then possibly not even getting on the phone with someone. Or them answering and hanging up. This service is horrible and doing anything through their site delays any results by a month or two. Actually talking to someone on the phone is the only way to get a resolution to anything quickly. If you can reach a human.

The website is complete garbage but here is the short versionthought i filed a claim or made an account but am told to wait for a pin# waited almost a week start getting worried so i call 3xs and am told there is a 4 hour wait, opt for callback but when it comes it wont connect so i call back, half hour later they tell me they arent taking calls anymore today(3pm!?!) anything gov related is so incompetent and rude, guess ill just start counting my ribs

Government assistance having possibly the worst phone systems of anyone is beyond me, Id rather some baboons take these fools places, literally no help whatsoever, this place is pathetic and the workers I come across are fine but the entire infrastructure of jfs is beyond needing help, just needs to be completely replaced with a better medium in order to receive benefits
