224 Brew Thru

It's a neighborhood drive thru on the outskirts of Akron, that as the name suggests sells... you guessed it: beers and corner store liquors, wine, along with chips, candy, cigarettes, and rolling supplies like Gambler tubes and Hot-rod rubes, The Good Stuff- rough cut 'pipe-tobacco'. Personally, I came for two boxes of Gambler tubes, which are of adequate quality, although they are twice the regular market price here than just about anywhere inside of Akron. From personal experience, the Hot-rod tubes are good enough to pitch in the trash! The lady working was very friendly and helpful to me. This place had no line, although it was rush hour.

Had to come leave this review. I pulled into the 224 brew today 6/26/23 with my children in the car. Its raining! I roll my window down and all I hear is this rude loud lady cursing up a storm on the phone, while she seen me pulling in. She proceeds to have her conversation for another before hanging up( someone broke into someone home) and once she hung up she asks me rudely after cursing horrible in from my of my kids.. can I help you? I was going to still get my items I wanted, but changed my mind at the same time. She didnt apologize to me or my kids sitting in the car or anything. I took me and my kids somewhere where respect is not just giving but return. She Pugh of be ashamed of herself.
