        I called, left multiple messages and emailed on multiple occasion for child care and still havent received a response back. I would hate to send my child to this organization and not be able to get a response when its an emergency. So thank you for showing me before I started doing business with your company.

        I love the J but I am so unimpressed with the membership system. I have been trying to cancel my membership for literally 11 months, while my emails go unanswered and I continue to be charged every month. If I ever get out of this membership Im never renewing it. Nice facility but seems like they are more concerned with taking my money than they are in customer service.
