        Absolutely the worst service and food that we have ever had! I did the order online and it said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick it up after 20 minutes and they had not even started the order. They had a line of people and three people working and moving so slow, and in no hurry at all. After waiting for about 10 minutes before I was finally waiting on, we were told in the restaurant that it would be at least a 10 minute wait for fresh chicken. I was then told that the chicken tenders were not available. I ask for thighs and legs to make up for the tenders. After about another 15 minutes I received my food. The people working the counter were very unfriendly. The food was not good at all, the chicken tasted old and tough, the sides were not good at all. I will not be eating or going back to Churchs, very, very disappointed.
