Definitely some truth to the reviews that this individual does not answer or return calls as I left several messages. Another red flag are his Yelp reviews.

I have called twice. Both times he said he would call me back and schedule a time to come out fo give me a quote and nothing. I have text him several times with no response.

Contacted all small jobs twice explained what I needed done. The guy said he would come out and give me an estimate NEVER showed up. No show No Call to explain why he didn’t show is bad customer service. Find another contractor or company.

Larry is very unprofessional.  He agreed to complete a siding job and fence job for a group home for special needs clients.  Larry received his deposit for both jobs totaling over 11,000 on 4/5/19 check cleared on 4/8/19 and his contract stated he would complete the job within 6-9 days.  Larry agreed that he would start the siding job within 2 weeks of receipt of the deposit.  The siding job was not started until May 6th and was not finished until June 28th.  On June 28th Larry was paid the balance for the siding.  Since we had already paid the deposit for the fence he said if we canceled he would have to charge us a cancellation fee and he didn't want to do this so he asked that we work with him and give him a chance.  Larry said he would start the fence in 2 weeks.  As of today Larry has not started the fence because he says he is completely backed up.  Here is the issue I think he bit off more than he could chew.  He said he was behind because of the weather but the real reason is because he doesn't have the manpower.  He had only one gentleman working on the the siding because the other contractors he hired were a no show.  He was late competing the first project and hunted me down to receive payment because he said he needed our last payment so he could pay his workers.  How professional is that????  I would not recommend small jobs to anyone.  Our clients are so upset because their summer has been ruined.  We contacted him on July 19 requesting our deposit back he emailed on the July 22 saying he would return deposit for fence.  However, when we contacted him back to set up a date to pick up the deposit he never responded so we will be taking him to court.  Also when he completed the siding job the nails came through on the inside of the house.  He did correct this by sanding the nails down but refused to paint because he says this is not his fault.  I don't know but I will be taking him to civil court, reporting him to the better business bureau, and contacting action 5 news to report his unethical behavior.  Do not use this contractor if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.
