    I purchased my wedding gown from Sarolis for my June 2018 wedding. The store had a nice selection of dresses for different price ranges. The staff was friendly and attentive. It may have been frustrating at times, because the alterations took longer than I anticipated. In the end, Olivia did what she said she was going to do. My dress was altered to how I desired and in time for my wedding, it all worked out.

    My daughter bought her gown at Saroli's and I had my dress alterations done there. It was the most shoddy sewing I have ever seen. The dress was still too low cut and I wound up staying up till 2 in the morning altering it myself two days before the wedding. The hem had a scallop which needed to be shortened by pulling up from the waistband. Olivia just chopped it off from the bottom. My daughter's wedding had so many precious memories. Dealing with this dress shop was not one of them.

    They deserve a 0. The store owner, Olivia, is AWFUL. My bride to be had the worst experience at this place! Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews! Rude staff, awful alterations, and they make promises they can't keep, and then blame you when they don't do them!!!! The only advice I can give someone who is going here, tell them your wedding is 6 months earlier than it actually is, so you get it on time.

    If I could rate a 0 I would. They don't deserve one star. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER got in m entire life. I have never even written a bad review on a company before but this place has really outdone itself. I picked out my MOH dress in October 2017. They gave me 10 different dates that "It will be in by" I finally got it 3 weeks before the August 2018 wedding.... yes it took 9 months. So I go in to get my alterations that, Olivia the store owner, said would be free because the dress took so long to get, but I ended up still paying for them because "she never said that". They again gave me 2 more dates that it would be done by after I got measured. So I go in 10 days before the wedding to pick it up and I try it on...... its 5 inches too short in the front and the neck strap couldn't even connect to itself. So, the owner Olivia told me that "someone else did it at her shop so that's why it was bad" left the room and I over heard her telling her other employees "Idk why I even pay her (speaking about the girl who did my dress), I have to re-do her alternations every time she does one" then she tried to sell me the USED DRESS they have in the store for people to try on.................after I paid $250 for the new one that got botched. So, in return she promised she would deliver the new dress to the bride NO LATER than 5:30 the Monday before the wedding (yeah we went from 9 months to 5 days before the wedding). Well 6:15 rolls around and NO DRESS, shocker. So we call, no answer, we call again and Olivia answers, she begins to argue with me that "I did not promise anyone a time" so I told her the scenario and why we needed it at said time (a nephew is being born) she replies with "we have other customers we're trying to provide them with costumer service"... TO A CUSTOMER WHO GAVE HER $250 ALREADY. She then tells me she is going to put my $250 dress on the brides front porch................ I told her no you cannot put my dress on a porch. She said "I am not driving 2 hours (IDK where she got that from) to give you your dress, thanks for calling AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Also the bride just got her dress last week too, a week before her wedding, 9 months after purchasing it. If you are a bride looking for your dress, save yourself the stress. Go somewhere else.
