Do you find that the prices at the dealership is getting ridiculously out of hand, but you stay for the service, and your friends nephew Aiden you found on Facebook marketplace is cheap...but workmanship and professionalism is sketchy at best. RCS quoted and delivered the agreed upon price and completion date. Even when I said I could make accommodations if needed. The professionalism and communication was better than the dealership experience. Best kept secret in Summit County.

As someone who only ever brought my cars to dealerships for service (for warranty purposes), I am so happy that Jeremy started his own business 5 minutes from my house. When you go to the dealership, you speak to a service writer who speaks to a lube tech and you never get to speak to the person who actually works on the car. Even when I worked at the dealership, the techs never came to talk to me about what needs done. The service writer gets paid commission on the service that they "sell" and it's quite annoying tbh. I knew of Jeremy's expertise when I worked with him at the dealerships. While the less experienced techs were doing my service, Jeremy was busy working on the dealership's most challenging repairs. Knowing that a master tech is doing ALL of my service makes me so so so so so freaking happy. When you pair all this with RCS Automotive being able to handle warranty claims, insurance claims, and the fact that Jeremy has an infectiously great attititude, I should probably delete this review so he doesn't ever get too busy for me.

Been working with Jeremey since 2021 thats my guy fair honest reliable and consistent 4 traits I rely on! Very intelligent mechanic and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a mechanic.
