        I had my car in another shop originally - my engine needed replaced. They wanted WAY too much money. Had my car towed from point A to VIP and he had my engine put in for a cheaper price. Worked in a timely manner and even stayed late to make sure it was done on time. Explained everything well and kept me informed through the entire process. My reach hatch is also not working, which I will be returning to VIP to have fixed. Definitely recommend.

        They were amazing. I called with a bad wheel bearing that needed repaired ASAP, so I could get to work the next day. They did EVERYTHING they could to make it happen. Amazing customer service and quality work.
